2.1 Audio Recordings We collect audio files that you intentionally create using the Application. These recordings are used exclusively to generate transcriptions and summaries. We do not access your microphone without your explicit permission.2.2 Transcription & Summary Data Text transcripts, summaries, and extracted content derived from your recordings through AI processing.2.3 Usage Data We automatically collect technical and analytics information to ensure the App functions correctly, including:Device type, model, and OS version.App interaction events (e.g., trial start, purchase, recording creation, transcription usage).Crash logs and diagnostic data.Pseudonymized Device Identifiers (e.g., IDFV, Installation ID).2.4 Advertising & Analytics SDK Data To optimize performance, measure advertising effectiveness, and track conversions, the Application integrates the following third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs):Meta (Facebook) SDKFirebase AnalyticsGoogle Ads & Conversion TrackingThese SDKs may process:Usage analytics and app event metadata.IP addresses (processed briefly for geolocation/security).Advertising Identifiers (IDFA): We only access the IDFA if you explicitly grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.Note: These third-party services function as independent data controllers or processors depending on the context. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms, in addition to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for lawful, personal, or professional purposes.Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent from individuals you record, in compliance with applicable surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.2. Ownership & User Content
Your Rights: You retain full ownership of all recordings, transcripts, and summaries you create.Our Rights: We do not claim ownership of your audio content. You grant us a temporary, limited license to process your recordings solely to provide the transcription and summary services.3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application.Attempt to bypass or manipulate subscription or usage limits.Use the Application for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.Interfere with system security or functionality.4. Fair Usage Policy (AI Processing)
To ensure performance and protect infrastructure integrity:Premium Limits: Premium users receive 15 hours (900 minutes) of AI transcription per monthly billing cycle.No Rollover: Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.Overage: Once the limit is reached, AI transcription pauses until the next cycle. Audio recording remains available without limitation.5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID Settings.Refunds and billing disputes are handled exclusively by Apple.6. Service Disclaimer & Third Parties
"As Is" Basis: My AI Voice Notes is provided "as is", without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.AI Accuracy: Transcription accuracy varies based on audio quality, background noise, accent, and language. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.Third-Party Services: The App integrates third-party SDKs (Meta, Google, Firebase). We are not responsible for the data handling practices, service interruptions, or errors caused by these independent third parties.7. Limitation of Liability
